Community Specialists offers a unique management approach. We combine the strength and resources of a large company with the agility and responsiveness of an owner-operated partnership. While other management firms' resources are divided between development, financing, rental buildings and other concerns, the Community Specialists team of supervisors, accountants and support personnel is exclusively committed to providing the management expertise necessary to serve our clients' community management needs.  Some of the outstanding characteristics of Community Specialists include our sharply defined business focus, the participation of our senior personnel in day-to-day association management and our commitment to on-going training and development of employees.

Our focus concentrates exclusively on the management of high quality condominium associations.  The condominium associations we manage encompass over 14,000 units, ranging in size from 74 to 862 residences per association.  We have chosen to be service providers only to associations in Chicago's lake shore market large enough to support on-site management.  Therefore, we do not manage small or suburban associations.
