The New Washington Land Company is located on 17th Street, NW, in the historic Dupont Circle area of our Nation’s Capital.  We manage more than 120 condominiums/co-ops/associations and approximately 100 single-family homes. Our philosophy is that immediate attention to an issue often keeps it from becoming a problem. The manager’s job is to keep a proactive eye on things and address “mole hills” before they become “mountains,” as well as to be readily accessible to owners, board members, and tenants.
